Rejuvi Cream displaces the tattoo ink by injecting a proprietary formulation into the tattoo forcing the pigments to the skin surface. It is applied using a device quite like a tattoo gun. Once injected, the cream then bonds with the original tattoo ink and, over time, will tend to draw it to the surface.

The manufacturer – Rejuvi Labs claims that many tattoos require three or four 1 hour sessions for complete removal. They are typically spaced 2 – 3 months apart to allow the skin time to fully heal.

The Rejuvi treatment is quite unlike other methods of tattoo removal like tat b gone or wrecking balm in part because it can only be administered by those certified through the Rejuvi Tattoo Removal Training Course.

Rejuvi tattoo removal is not a home-applied treatment. It doesn’t re-color your ink to a desired skin tone and doesn’t use bleach or acid-based fading compounds.

Rejuvi treatment centers claim this method has a higher success rate than using laser treatments for ink removal and is not as painful either. There is also a minor risk of scarring and it is comparatively expensive.

Points to keep in mind:

  • Users cannot drink alcohol prior to treatment.
  • User should go in on a full stomach.
  • Treatment can be applied mid-way through a tattoo if the skin has not healed. However, if skin has healed then user must wait 8 to 12 weeks before removing the tattoo with this method.
  • It may take up to a full year for your tattoo to be fully faded with the skin completely healed.

Possible Risks:

No benefit obtained. This procedure is not guaranteed to show any effect.
Scarring. There is a minor risk with this procedure
Hypertrophy – abnormal skin overgrowth
Hypo-pigmentation – a permanent loss of skin color
Infection – a common risk whenever the skin surface is broken

Rejuvi cream was researched and developed by American biochemist Dr. Wade Cheng of Rejuvi Laboratories in 1988.

Price:
Prices vary by treatment center, but treatment is often charged as $125 per square inch, for each treatment.

Treatment is now available worldwide and has been for over five years.

Guarantee:

No guarantees are normally offered for this treatment and you will probably be required to sign a release to assume all associated risks. You need to keep in mind that the Rejuvi procedure is only an attempt to remove an unwanted tattoo.

    Hi Isabelle,

The ingredients are: deionized water, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, triethanolamine.

Keep in mind that Rejuvi treatments are administered by qualified professionals. During a treatment, the practitioner will use a device, similar to those used to make tattoos, to inject Rejuvi cream into your skin. This cream then bonds to the ink. Your body will then sense the Rejuvi cream as a foreign object and will react defensively, removing it from your skin. Since Rejuvi bonds with the ink, your immune system will push both of them to the surface.

Over time, the Rejuvi cream and the ink will form a scab. This scab will eventually fall off, and with it the tattoo. Several applications are often required for the best results

    Hope this helps!
